Introduction

Greetings, everyone!

I am known as Dalijes, and I work as a trainer for all positions in the League of Legends world. My profound love for the game and my dedicated focus on enhancing the CZ/SK gaming community as a whole have propelled me into this rewarding profession. I embarked on my esports journey during season 4. Being a player held significant importance in my life, but as time passed, I discovered my true calling laid in coaching. My ultimate goal is to fulfill the dreams and desires of aspiring gamers, who are serious about improving themselves. I am driven by the opportunity to assist you in forging a successful career and enabling you to thrive in the competitive world of esports.

My career

My coaching career started in 2019 when I focused on individual player preparation. In 2020, I served as the head coach for the Vikingekrig team. Since 2021, I have worked as the strategic coach for the domestic organization Esuba and from mid-2022, I led the team as the head coach. Eventually, I decided to return to individual coaching

My individual training sessions are greatly enhanced by my competitive training background. Collaborating with the top players in our region has awarded me with crucial insights, which I am excited to share with you.

Over the years, I've devoted more than 5000 hours in player development, and I'm enthusiastic about continuing this pursuit in the days to come.

I will instruct you in contemplating the broader scope, including macro and micro perspectives, understanding wave systems, mastering lane management, and adopting effective training methodologies. However, while I can guide you and enhance your skills, the effort ultimately rests on your shoulders.

Micro: Refers to individual mechanical skills and small-scale actions, like last-hitting minions, skillshots, and champion control.
Lane Management: Involves controlling minion waves to optimize your position in your lane, deny the enemy, and set up ganks.
Matchups: Understanding how your champion fares against the enemy champion in terms of strengths, weaknesses, and power spikes.
